1. Scope and purpose of this privacy policy
This privacy policy applies to personal data that BLINER-KEY.COM collects and processes about customers, buyers, subscribers and/or users (collectively referred to as " User ") of our static and mobile applications, websites and other services, including online (collectively, our “ Services “). 2. The personal data we collect

A. Registration and Profile Information. You may be able to connect certain third-party profiles (referred to as “ Third-Party Profiles ”) – such as Steam, Twitch, Xbox Live, PSN and Facebook – to your account with us, so you can connect with your friends and network, share part or all of your information, and in some cases make purchases and redeem or earn points and rewards. In addition to linking a third-party profile, we may also allow you to log in to certain services through certain third-party profiles, including Facebook ( http s ://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/ ).If you choose to access this way, you are asked to share certain information with us (which may include your name, email, friends and public profile information); , if required or optional, are shown on the permissions page when logging in with the third-party profile.
C. Information about subscriptions, purchases and payments . If you make a purchase or sign up for certain membership services, you must provide your payment information, including your name, billing and shipping address and details, payment type, credit card number, or other account details of payment. We work with third parties such as payment processors and fulfillment partners to process these payments. We do not collect, receive, process or store credit or debit card numbers or other payment account credentials of third parties; this information is collected directly by these third parties. Depending on the service, we may receive your username, name, email, payment type, products or services and other transaction details and maintain records of your purchase and subscription history.
D. User/device identifiers. When you access or use our Services, we may collect your IP address, MAC address and other device identifiers; We also assign account holders a unique user identifier, which we use to identify and link relevant information to your user account.
E. Subscribing to emails and participating in sweepstakes, contests, surveys and similar activities. Users can sign up online or in person (for example at trade shows, conferences and the like) to receive direct marketing communications from us, including emails about products, developments and upcoming releases. If you agree to receive direct marketing communications from us, we collect your email address and we may also collect your name, your preferences and, if relevant, information about your account, and the services you use. I. Guest User Information. Some of our services may allow you to use them without creating an account and/or registering with us. In such cases, we may assign you a guest user ID so that we can track activity for your current and future sessions. If you later decide to register or create an account with us, we may associate your guest ID and guest session data with your account.
J. Information from Third Party Sites. We may also use third-party tools to help us manage and analyze our social media presence and report comments, mentions and other content that is posted about us on social media sites and other public channels and forums. The activities of these third parties and their information gathering and sharing practices are subject to the terms of the relevant social media site, channel or forum. We will use this information in accordance with this policy.
K. Children. BLINER-KEY.COM does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children. If you believe that we may have unintentionally collected personal information from a minor, please contact us as indicated at the bottom of this privacy policy and we will take steps to securely delete such information.
Unless otherwise specified above, we generally collect your personal data on a voluntary basis. However, as indicated above, if you refuse to provide certain personal data that is marked as mandatory, you may not be able to access certain services and we may not be able to fully respond to your request.
3. How we use personal data
In general, we may use the personal data we collect for the purposes and legal bases described below:
For the execution of our agreement. Your personal data may be used to provide our services to you, including to administer competitions, sweepstakes or other events or activities in which you participate; improve the experience; provide personalized customer service and support; correspondence; for billing and payment purposes; and to manage requests.
To comply with a legal obligation to which BLINER-KEY.COM is subject. Log files. We collect certain activity information from log files. Log file information is automatically reported by your browser or mobile application to our servers when you access our services. Opting out of participating advertising networks does not disable advertising. You may continue to receive generic or "contextual" ads for our services. You may also continue to receive targeted ads on other websites, from companies that do not participate in the above programs.
7. Do Not Track Requests
Currently, our systems do not recognize browser do-not-track requests. However, you can disable certain tracking as discussed above (e.g. by disabling cookies) and you can also opt-out of certain third-party advertising networks as discussed above.
8. Third parties and/or social functions
Our Services may include or embed social media and other third-party features (for example, widgets, buttons and plug-ins), operated by third-party platforms and networks such as Facebook, Steam, Twitch, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and others. These features are hosted by the respective third-party operator even if they appear on our services and the third party may collect your IP address, URL, date and time stamp, browser details and the like, according to their privacy policies. privacy.

14. User Generated Content
