Posted by xxxxx xxxxx, on November 9, 2010, 19:49:40 Hello xxxx, We have received an abuse report against your account. And here is the list of URLs that were reported: Dear Sir, Our client, Irdeto Access B.V. of Hoofddorp, the Netherlands (\"Irdeto\"), has requested us to write you in regard to the above mentioned subject matter. It has come to the knowledge of our client that the content on the website you operate www.bliner-key.net (the \"Website\") infringes our client\'s intellectual property rights. Furthermore, the content of the Website is unlawful to our client. Irdeto is engaged in the development and exploitation of encryption systems for, amongst others, operators in the field of pay-television. Due to these so-called \'conditional access\' systems, the operator can encode the broadcasting signals in order to enable that only subscribers, who are in the possession of a legal smart card, have access to these broadcasting signals. Pirates are trying to hack these systems to offer pirate products and software in order to illegally circumvent these conditional access systems. In summary, on the Website, infringing files, such as so called Blue Dragon files, are offered. Downloading such files enables smart card emulation, which is a circumvention of technical protection measures. As such, the content of the Website is therefore unlawful towards our client and, furthermore, infringes upon its intellectual property rights. We refer to the following link, as an example of the infringing files: http://www.bliner-key.net/showthread.php?3351-Latest-Blue-Dragon-Card-File&p=9038&viewfull=1#post9038 This is only example, and there may be more URLs on the Website on which the infringing files are available. Based on the information above, we hereby request, and as far as necessary summon you, to confirm within 48 hours of receiving this email that: i) You will immediately remove the infringing and unlawful products as placed on the Website; and ii) You will not sell any such products in the future or facilitate that any such illegal products in the future will be sold; iii) You will place, and keep placed, the following text in a regular typeface on the homepage of the Website: \"No Irdeto files or communications allowed\". Please note that circumvention of technical protection measures as mentioned above is a criminal offence (s. 326c Dutch Criminal Code) and constitutes a breach of the European Copyright Directive (2001/29/EC) and the WIPO Copyright Treaty (CRNRIDC/94). Nothing in this letter is intended or shall be construed to constitute an express or implied waiver of any of Irdeto\'s rights or remedies, including any rights or remedies in respect of infringements not explicitly stated, whether current or in the future, all of which are expressly reserved. Yours sincerely, Hatef Faghihi HatefF@nr-online.com NetResult Broadway House 2-6 Fulham Broadway London UK SW6 1AA +44 (0)20 7471 0952
